We are all educated adults who for the most part know what we should do to eliminate stress. For a multitude of reasons we still don’t do it. While this course tells you WHAT to do (as in 5 Action steps every week) we also focus on the WHY and the HOW. Finally we tell you HOW to put all of it together into your already busy life!
Every week we have a Priority habit while observing the one upcoming. For instance while we implement Sleep we bring into our conscious the Eating and water drinking habits. Then next week we lock in Sleep, make a priority of Eating and Drinking fresh water and observe Activity.
Establishing a good routine is KEY. That’s why every day of the week you will have something to do. For instance, Kick off Mondays where the bulk of information for the week is delivered. It is followed by Information Tuesday, Motivation Wednesday, Check-In Thursday, How-To Friday, Inspiration Saturday and Reflection Sunday.

Sleep is essential to our health and wellbeing. Insufficient sleep has a direct link to heart disease, heart attacks, diabetes, and obesity. And did you know that 1 out of 5 auto accidents in the United States – 1 million crashes a year are a result of drowsy driving? Getting enough quality and quantity of sleep during the day has to be one of our priorities!
We are what we eat and drink. Did you know that 60% of your body weight is water and that you should be drinking 9-13 cups of water per day to regulate digestion, absorption, circulation, creation of saliva, transportation of nutrients, and maintenance of body temperature? Eating properly for your body and making sure you have enough fresh water during the day is another priority!
Being active for at least 30 minutes per day is of utmost importance. Did you know that according to AHA improved fitness over a six-year study period was associated with a 19 percent decreased risk of heart disease and stroke-related deaths in men—and a 15 percent lower risk of death from any cause? We are a sedentary society and more and more research is showing the negative effects of it. Being active is a priority!
Meditation is a key component of a healthy day. It decreases blood pressure, lowers pain and cholesterol while improving immunity and happiness. Did you know that regular meditation also leads to neuroplasticity and increases gray matter thus slowing down the aging process? Meditating regularly is a priority!
LOVE is the answer to all questions. Here we deal with 3 types of LOVE on a daily basis. First is inserting something that you love into your every day. Second is loving others and finally and most importantly loving yourself. These 3 types of LOVE when prioritized will make each day worth living!
